Who we are
Sitekivo provides website creation, hosting orchestration and domain management. The legal entity, registered address, privacy contact and any required registration details must be completed before launch.
Information we collect
Account information, business details, website content, enquiries, domain registrant information, billing references and necessary security logs are processed to operate the service. Payment card details are handled by Stripe.
Why we use information
We use information to provide the service, fulfil purchases, support customers, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. The applicable lawful basis and retention period for each activity require legal review.
Service providers
The planned providers are Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Openprovider and the configured AI provider. Appropriate processor agreements, international transfer safeguards and provider retention settings must be reviewed before accepting customers.
Your rights and choices
Contact support to request access, corrections, export or deletion of your information. Domain ownership, subscriptions and account deletion are handled separately. Statutory obligations may require retaining limited billing or registrar records.
