These draft terms outline the intended service and commercial model.
The service
Sitekivo helps you create, edit and publish business websites. Availability of AI, hosting, payment and domain features depends on service configuration and provider availability.
Your account and content
You are responsible for accurate account details and for having rights to the content you upload or publish. Review AI suggestions before publishing, especially factual, regulated or commercial claims.
Plans and payments
The initial Starter plan is £5.99 per month per website with configured AI allowances and 25 successful publications per billing period. Domain registration and renewal are separate purchases. Tax presentation, refund rules and consumer cancellation rights require final legal review.
Cancellation and suspension
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated. A failed payment does not immediately delete your drafts. The intended hosting grace period is seven days and draft retention is at least 90 days after the paid period; these policies require final operational and legal approval. Registered domains remain separate.
Domains
Customers remain the legitimate domain registrants. Registration depends on registry availability and accurate contact information. Renewal requires a valid payment authorisation. Registry rules may limit refunds or transfers.
Liability and disputes
Warranty wording, liability limits, governing law, dispute resolution, business identity and statutory consumer rights must be completed and reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch.
